New Club House for “Run For Your Life” and “Glenelg Boot Camp”

Yes that’s right from next Tuesday Run For Your Life and Glenelg Boot Camp will now meet at the Somerton Yacht Club.

After Extensive talks to The Yacht Club over the last 16 years we have finally come to an agreement, well a 10 minute discussion last Tuesday anyway, so I am pleased to let you know that over the next 12 months and hopefully longer this will be our new home. Whoo hoo………….

“Glenelg Boot Camp” - starting Friday 23rd September 2016

Yes we are back by popular demand and we have a great new club.

That’s right its official our new club and meeting place for all boot camps and running is the Somerton Yacht Club.

This is our new meeting point at the Yacht Club, at John Miller Reserve on the Esplanade Somerton Park.

Starting Friday 23rd September until Friday 4th November at the Somerton Yacht Club  (6 weeks) 18 sessions.

Note - we are starting this one on a Friday as we will miss a Monday for the October long weekend!

New Start times are 6.15am until 7.00am sharp, 45min of action packed fun!

This is a 6 week program 3 times a week designed for people wanting to get back into shape and also for those that want to cross train and maintain a great level of fitness.

The sessions are be a mixture of Boxing, and a variety of core strength and stretching exercises.

The sessions will go from 6.15am sharp to 7.00am sharp and are for beginners through to people of advanced fitness levels as the sessions are designed to slowly get you to a better level of health and then push harder through the program whilst you gain better fitness levels.

There are no barriers with fitness, but I will endeavour to guide you toward a better understanding of ideal amounts of training without overdoing it and allow the body to maximise the benefits of our program.

Cost- $180.00 per person for the 6 weeks

Payments to be made by Wednesday 21st September to reserve your spot

Time- 6.15am Sharp, Monday, Wednesdays Fridays
Duration- 45 minutes
Venue- Somerton Yacht Club
Training attire- light clothing and sandshoes, under gloves for boxing a mat and water bottle.

Registration is essential as numbers are limited, so book your spot today!

If you would like to get into another form of cross training or know someone that would like to get involved in fitness but not necessarily only running, send them the info and slowly but surely we can get them back into an active, healthy and vibrant life.
