Running Times

Running times over the New Year period

We will be running Sunday New Year’s Day for our yearly resolution run and a celebration drink afterwards.

Meeting @ Wigley Reserve (opposite Watermark Hotel next to the Buffalo)

Time - 9.00am start for a short 5km to 6km run.

All other running times are as normal with no other breaks.

We run 3 sessions per week all year round!

  • Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6pm all year round 
  • Sunday mornings at 8:30am all year round
  • All sessions depart promptly from "Miller Reserve"
    (corner of Whyte st and 
    Esplanade Somerton Park)  Glenelg S.A.

Sessions are 30 - 40mins for weekday training and from 30 minutes to 1hr low intensity on Sundays.

We modify our program 3 months out from the City to Bay to enable our members to complete the 12km or 6km run more comfortably.

The group targets short and long term goals including the Adelaide City to Bay (September)

 Runners can choose between any of our sessions to suit their lifestyles.

OUR PROGRAM CATERS FOR BEGINNERS THROUGH TO ADVANCED RUNNERS!

Morning group starting Wednesday 5th October

Wednesday mornings at 6.00am

and go through until Friday March 30th
